Founded in 1997, MCC Contractors is a family-owned civil construction and vegetation services business based in Denmark, WA. We’ve evolved from forestry to full-scope infrastructure, supporting councils, agencies and contractors with services that span roads, culverts, fire mitigation, disaster response and transport. Kearsley Estate is a 44-lot residential subdivision located on the southern slopes of Mount Shadforth, less than 2 km from Denmark’s town centre. MC Civil Contractors commenced civil works in late 2025 to transform the site into fully serviced residential lots. The project includes bulk earthworks, road formation and installation of deep sewer, water and power to each allotment boundary. Scheduled for completion in mid-2026, the development will create a high-quality residential estate that integrates modern infrastructure with Denmark’s natural landscape.
Kearsley Estate is a 44-lot residential subdivision positioned on the southern slopes of Mount Shadforth, less than two kilometres from Denmark’s town centre. MC Civil Contractors was engaged to deliver the civil works required to transform the site into fully serviced residential blocks, including large-scale earthworks and installation of essential infrastructure, while carefully managing the natural landscape and surrounding environment.
MC Civil Contractors is delivering the full civil construction scope, including bulk earthworks, land excavation, road formation and installation of deep sewer, water and power services to each allotment boundary. Works commenced in late 2025 and are being delivered through a staged construction program to efficiently prepare the estate for future residential development.
Upon completion, Kearsley Estate will provide 44 fully serviced residential blocks ranging from approximately 996 sqm to 1,409 sqm. The development will create a high-quality residential estate that integrates modern infrastructure with Denmark’s natural surroundings and growing community.
